It's made with a soft cookie crust and it's smothered in a cream cheese frosting and then it's loaded with fresh fruit and berries. This is perfect for a summer dessert. Alright, let's get started to this delicious fruit pizza! Yum!

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 tubes of refrigerated ready-made sugar cookie dough
  • 12 oz. softened Cream Cheese.

  • 1 pint of Strawberries; thinly sliced
  • 4 Kiwis; thinly sliced in halves
  • 2 Bananas; thinly sliced
  • 1 cup of fresh Blueberries
  • Whipped Cream

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a 12-inch pizza pan; press sugar cookie dough into the bottom, if you find the cough dough sticking to your hands; just use a little bit of all-purpose flour.
  3. Bake the sugar cookie dough for 12-15 minutes or until browned.
  4. While the cookie is baking, in a large mixing bowl; beat together cream cheese, sugar, and the cool whip. Also start cutting the fresh fruits into the shape you want.
  5. Once is done; allow the cookie to cool completely.
  6. Evenly spread over the top of the sugar cookie with the cream cheese frosting.
  7. Now here is the fun part: decorating. Add fruits topping. You can make it however you want!
  8. Refrigerate for an hour or more before serving for the best results.
