Easy & Affordable Fruit Pizza Recipe
Hello, welcome back friends! In today's post, I'm going to be showing you how to make this easy delicious, and refreshing fruit pizza. It's made with a soft cookie crust and it's smothered in a cream cheese frosting and then it's loaded with fresh fruit and berries. This is perfect for a summer dessert. Alright, let's get started to this delicious fruit pizza! Yum!
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 tubes of refrigerated ready-made sugar cookie dough
- 12 oz. softened Cream Cheese.
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 1 pint of Strawberries; thinly sliced
- 4 Kiwis; thinly sliced in halves
- 2 Bananas; thinly sliced
- 1 cup of fresh Blueberries
- Whipped Cream
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a 12-inch pizza pan; press sugar cookie dough into the bottom, if you find the cough dough sticking to your hands; just use a little bit of all-purpose flour.
- Bake the sugar cookie dough for 12-15 minutes or until browned.
- While the cookie is baking, in a large mixing bowl; beat together cream cheese, sugar, and the cool whip. Also start cutting the fresh fruits into the shape you want.
- Once is done; allow the cookie to cool completely.
- Evenly spread over the top of the sugar cookie with the cream cheese frosting.
- Now here is the fun part: decorating. Add fruits topping. You can make it however you want!
- Refrigerate for an hour or more before serving for the best results.
