How to get rid of stretch marks....
Most of us women have problems with stretch marks which is usually a result of weight gain or weight loss. Stretch marks are caused by dermis tearing, rapid growth or weight changes that will lead to getting stretch marks. Changes in hormones can also be involved, such as puberty, body building, or pregnancy. Most of the stretch marks takes a lot of time to get removed. Stretch marks are common in women and even men.
What causes stretch marks???
The skin has three layers. In the middle layer which is called dermis is where stretch marks are formed. This is due to rapid expansion or weight gain.
Now let's talk about getting rid of stretch marks naturally....
Most people find it hard to remove stretch marks but there are many home remedies that you can use to help get rid of the marks.
- Aloe Vera
Aloe Vera is known to treat various skin condition because it contains several nutrients with energetic compounds which are used to cure skin injuries. Aloe Vera has healing properties which plays an important role in removing stretch marks. You can apply this directly on your skin and let it sit there for 15 minutes and then wash it off.
