Self Care
Self-care is the act of honoring your need, sometimes our body is asking us to do exercise, run or other times asking us to slow down and sleep more. One of the big ways we can care ourselves at home is by caring for our space and belongings. Having your house clean and organize can drastically change your energy and day. There are many ways you can achieve self-care even if it means dressing up nicely for work or grocery shopping. Self care is when you ask yourself what you need and pick something that fulfills that need. In today's topic, I'm going to give you ideas in how to self-care.

- Write a letter to your future self
- Play with a pet
- Do a face mask
- Learn a new skill
- Write out your thoughts
- Do an at home workout
- Do breathing exercise
- Draw or color
- Connect with your old friends
- Read a book
- Clean out your closet
- Write in your journal
- Clean out your email inbox
- Get dressed up for no reason
- Sit in the sun
- Watch the sunrise or sunset
- Explore who you are
- Change furniture in your home
- Say No to something
- Go out for a walk
- Light up a candle
- Have a sleep over
- Change your hairstyle
- Take a shower or bath
- Clean your toes
- Cut your nails
- Change your shampoo or body wash
- Swap body lotion
- Go to the park
There are many things that you can do to have self-care. Nothing is right or wrong! Remember
just be nice to yourself by not judging your needs. Take some time to think about which areas need a little more attention. Always start slow. Pick one thing to work at a time and stick with it until it becomes a habit. Don't overwhelm yourself.
